As an Executive Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the company president and leadership staff. The ideal candidate must have strong critical thinking skills and be able to use independent discretion and judgment. This role requires someone to be able to work in a constant state of changed based off needs at the time.  The role requires someone with advanced multi-tasking skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner 

  • Provide meeting planning support (rooms, food arrangements, office stationery)

  • Coordinate global and domestic and international travel

  • Update SharePoint site as needed

  • Schedule teleconferences via WebEx and other similar platforms for global meeting

  • Prioritize requests and respond on behalf of the executive when appropriate.

  • Experience doing document editing and revisions

  • Manage several team spreadsheets in Excel

  • Edit PowerPoint slide decks
